About Jed Christiansen
My graduate thesis project at the London School of Economics was on prediction markets, and started my work in the topic. The paper demonstrated how the academic theory can work even in groups of dramatically small size. I have been a consultant in the City of London for FTSE-100 companies since 2005.
I earned his BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan in the United States. I then spent six years in the US Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and on the Plans & Policy staff for the Navy Headquarters in Europe. Most of my spare time is spent rowing on and near the river Thames in London.
