Hi, Alex. Thanks for the note.

Like I said above, I think this is a really exciting development. I hope there aren't any problems with the CFTC, but I'm guessing you wouldn't put the application in unless you thought there was a very high chance of approval.

Again, I look forward to seeing CandorExchange develop this!

Hi Jed -

Thanks for the enthusiam, though I might disagree with your assessment of the video's music being cheesy. Though I admit, I take no responsibility for the selection!

Literally, over the years, we have heard many questions from individuals about the possibility of trading film contracts.

As you noted, Cantor has filed an application with the CFTC for the Cantor Exchange, a new futures market that, if approved, will list Domestic Box Office Receipt Contracts. The contracts will also be known as Movie Box Office Contracts.

The contracts have similarities to the virtual MovieStocks traded on HSX (e.g. based on four weeks of domestic box office performance), but this is a new product.

We're in the application process now, so subject to final approval, we hope to list contracts for trading during the first quarter of next year.

We'll keep you posted as we move forward in this exciting endeavor.

All the best,

Alex -
